The Angie Spangler Team

The Angie Spangler Team has over 23 years of experience in residential real estate sales in Northern Colorado. The team comprises Angie Spangler and Brian Lantis, and we assist sellers and buyers full-time in Northern Colorado. 

We regularly attend industry-specific continuing education classes focusing on client representation, market trends, marketing strategies, contract negotiation, title insurance, and finance. Angie has her Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation, Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist (CLHMS) designation, and Green Broker Designation. 

Angie’s Team is active in the Fort Collins Board of Realtors, Colorado Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and Council of Residential Specialists. Over her career, Angie has earned numerous RE/MAX production recognition awards, including Executive Club, Platinum Club, Chairman’s Club, RE/MAX Hall of Fame, and RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Awards.
