It was a busy weekend in the real estate world!

We are proud to present our new listing, 8367 Sand Dollar in Windsor for $689,000. 2212 Laporte priced at $209K went under contract last week and as of today 9037 Painted Horse in Wellington, priced at $275K, has also gone under contract! The market under $400,000 continues to be very strong and active, which I expect to see continue as we progress into fall. Buyers looking $400K and over are a bit more conservative and there continues to be homes coming on the market in the higher price points. There is more of a selection than we have seen in the past months for these higher priced homes as well. It is still a great time to put your home on the market with several months of marketing time left before the holiday season.

This past weekend, Larimer County produced 48 listings new to the market, 37 homes went under contract, and 3 homes under contract with a pending status. Not bad for 3 days!

One of my family’s favorite Old Town events is happening this coming weekend, New West Fest! You won’t want to miss the live music, great food, local artists, booths and rides for the kiddos! This is a great way to end the summer.  It’s hard to believe that Poudre School District starts school on Tuesday, August 20th so please be mindful of kids walking and biking.
