We have over a decade of real estate experience in residential sales. We sell homes in Northern Colorado specializing in Old Town Fort Collins. Prior to moving to Colorado, Angie started her real estate career as a sales and marketing representative for a custom home builder in the NW suburbs of Chicago.
We attend industry specific continuing education classes regularly focusing on the latest marketing trends, contract negotiation, title insurance and finance. Angie has obtained the CNE (Certified Negotiation Expert) designation and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) designation. She is also an active member of the Fort Collins Board of Realtors, a member of the Government Affairs Committee, a member of the Colorado Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors.
We sold 53 properties in 2014 with over $20,000,000 in production & averaged a home sale every 5 days. RE/MAX Advanced, Inc. had 576 residential listings sold with 38 agents and over $149,000,000 in production. So far in 2015, we have continued to average a home sale every 7 days.
In 2012, our listings averaged 92 days on the market compared to 108 days on the market for all agents of the Fort Collins Board of Realtors. However, it was only 52 days on the market before we received an offer!
In 2012, our listings sold for 98% of the listing price. Since January 1, 2013, our listings have sold for 99% of the listing price.

Will you represent me exclusively, or will you represent both the buyer and the seller in the transaction?
We always represent our clients as either a Seller’s Agent or a Buyer’s Agent, working as their advocate. Representation can change in situations when we are the listing agent and procure the Buyer but only if the Seller and Buyer agree for us to represent both parties as a Transaction Broker.
Can you recommend service providers who can help me obtain a mortgage, make home repairs, and help with other things I need done?
