It was a beautiful weekend in Fort Collins and everyone is certainly glad it isn’t snowing!

I feel a bit like a broken record as there continues to be a major lack of inventory for buyers to choose from.  I listed 1800 W Mountain later Friday afternoon for $272,000 and we have had 18 showings and received 4 offers!  Incredible!

Some of this is driven by location on Mountain Avenue, and price, but we continue to see lack of inventory in all price points and throughout a majority of Northern Colorado.

Rates remain low, which is great news, and quite a few buyers continue to search for the right home. NOW is a great time to sell! It will be interesting to see what the coming months bring….June 2012 was very busy and things died down in July.
