Rudolph’s Landing
As Rudolph so cherishes the joy of delivering gifts on Christmas Eve, he wished for a shop that could deliver the magic of Christmas year round, not just within the few months prior to Christmas proper. At the same time, he wanted to provide gifts for every season and decorations for other holidays so they didn’t feel left out. With the help of some friendly folk with a passion for holidays (and opposable thumbs), Rudolph’s Landing was born.
A short video of the store!
After doing research and looking across the entire state of Colorado, owners Ed and Chris Cashimer decided to open their year-round Christmas shop here in Fort Collins in September 2012. A year later, they moved to their current location at 217 Linden St. Fort Collins, CO 80524.
Everything from Department 56 holiday villages and houses, stockings to hang on the mantel, an elaborate Rudolph collection, and Christopher Radko Christmas ornaments, Fontanini figurines and nativity sets can be found in this special shop! This holiday store doesn’t just boast US-based decor, ornaments from Poland and many European countries are sold here as well. Ed and Chris are also planning on expanding their merchandise to include Scandinavian gifts within the next year.
Throughout the year, owners, Ed and Chris, travel the US to various trade shows to buy merchandise for their shop. Rudolph’s Landing also features many local artists from various Colorado cities. Currently, hand-made angels and recycled wine cork artwork is being sold by artists from Erie and Golden. In addition to the holiday selection, they sell year-round gifts for other holidays and for special occasions.
