2015 was a solid year for our team as we closed 58 total transactions, which was an increase from 2014. We are incredibly grateful to have had an amazing and successful year, so thank you all!

The major trend in 2015?

Low supply + high demand = higher prices

Here is a short synopsis of what 2015 looked like in Northern Colorado:
Number of New Listings: 21,455 (2014: 20,768)
Number of Sold Listings: 17,804 (2014: 16,882)
Median Sales Price: $289,000 (2014: 16,882)
Days on Market: 70 (2014: $252,000)
