Hello and Happy Fall! The real estate market is cooling a bit and things are slowing as they do this time of year. I anticipate we will see things continue to slow down a bit further as we progress into 2019. There is still a demand to live in Northern Colorado but things seem to be leveling out a bit which I don’t believe is a bad thing. Interest rates have gone up and I think that will continue to happen  which will eliminate some buyers from the market if they haven’t already been eliminated.  I am still here and ready to assist you with selling, buying and/or building your financial portfolio with an investment property.
