Colorado State University Homecoming!

Last week we closed 4313 Widgeon in Fort Collins and listed a cute ranch style home at 707 Woodland Way for $187,000 – impeccably maintained and also affordable! We also improved the price at 515 W Mountain to $699,000 which is a great deal for 3300+ s.f. and new construction in Old Town. I hosted a very busy open house there on Sunday with almost 22 groups through and some potential interest. I believe we will see some of the higher end home prices start to drop a bit as we enter into the holiday season so if you are looking in that price point, stay tuned as it continues to be a good time to buy.

In addition, a new artist’s rendering unveiled during an update to the university’s Board of Governors showed that the structure now includes approximately 55,000 square feet of space that would be used for academics, including classrooms and faculty offices.
