Curb Appeal and Halloween Activities in Fort Collins

We enjoyed time with one of our clients and local business owners Will Overbagh last Friday at Road 34, The BAR and Jaws Sushi. He is young and fun with some interesting business concepts. Please check out any of the 3 business on W Elizabeth!

What has Angie’s team been doing in the last week? We are so thankful that we closed 2034 Majestic Court on Friday for $450,000. We put 707 Woodland under contract in one week and also wrote 3 other offers, all of which were accepted and are moving through the under contract process! Buyer activity continues to be strong! We listed a really cool 2 story townhome at 409 N Mason Street, just west of the Discovery Science Museum and Dazbog Coffee and abutting Martinez Park within walking distance to downtown. This great property features 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and balcony with mountain views for $325,000.

I found a great “Curb Appeal Checklist” by HGTV that I have included below. So much of this is common sense but when sellers are tackling numerous projects associated with listing their home, this provide a nice itemized list to stay on track. Curb Appeal Checklist
