Weekly Update
Last week was great! We enjoyed some snow – not sure how much we enjoyed it but it melted quickly! On the real estate front we closed 422 N Loomis at $272,800 – thanks Jim and Emmy! What a great transaction we had with the cooperating broker and buyers. We hope they enjoy the house for years to come! We listed an awesome investment opportunity at 2737-2741 Leisure Drive for $389,000. This has consistent rental history and in a nice central FTC location. In addition, we have a client trying to sell a mobile home so please give us a call if you are interested. It is located in the Poudre Canyon.

Open House Update
In lieu of some rain on Sunday, 515 W Mountain produced 7 groups through the open house and 130 Lyons had 10 groups visit. We are very excited for the upcoming Community Wide Open House Event scheduled November 2nd and 3rd, 2013, sponsored by The Coloradoan. We will be hosting all of our Old Town listings open on Sunday, November 3. Please check The Coloradoan next week for times and/or check our website for current info. Events
This Friday is the Dead Celebrity Run to benefit Read Aloud, a non-profit who’s “mission is to encourage, educate, and empower the communities of Larimer County with the tools necessary to ensure lifetime literacy for children.” The 5k race starts at 7 p.m. and will start on Howes Street and down Mountain Avenue to Grand View Cemetery and back. Come out and cheer me on. I will be Marilyn Monroe! Woohoo!

Butter Braid
Hungry for a Butter Braid? Saint Joseph’s Catholic School is selling Butter Braid pastries to raise money for their Cafe Fundraiser. Their group makes a $5.00 profit on each one they sell. Flavors include: Caramel Rolls (9), Cherry, Apple, Blueberry Cream Cheese, Cinnamon, and Cream Cheese. They are $12 each, to be paid for when ordering (or close after)!
