Welcome to 2014! We are still experiencing strong buyer activity! Below, we have compiled a list of what our current buyer’s are looking for. There continues to be lack of inventory, so please contact us if you know of anything that will meet these buyer’s needs!

CURRENT BUYER NEEDS:

IMMEDIATE BUYER NEEDS for OLD TOWN FTC – none of these buyers have house sale contingencies!
• Up to $800K, could be a fixer upper or remodeled, possibility for kitchen open to living room, prefer west side
• Up to $800K, prefer updated or new, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths
• Up to $600K, minimum 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, minimum 1500 s.f., updated
• Up to $450K, minimum 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, updated, no multi-family
• Up to $400K, minimum 3 bedrooms, 2 baths
• Up to $350K, multi-family, minimum 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, needs garage
• Up to $300K, single family investment – anything!
• Up to $250K, single family investment, minimum 2 bedrooms

BEYOND OLD TOWN IMMEDIATE BUYER NEEDS:
• Up to $375K, minimum 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 car garage, preferably not brand new construction, walk ability to amenities would be great
• Willow Springs subdivision – 2 buyers looking, one up to $460K needs 3 car minimum garage, 4 bedrooms, 3 baths. 2nd buyer needs a 3 car garage as well up to $400K with minimum 3 bedrooms, 2 or 3 baths
• Up to $350K, close to campus, west central FTC preferred, minimum 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, larger yard preferred, likes new or remodeled
• Up to $250K, investment property for college kids – parents looking for their own kids, minimum 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 1 mile to campus
• Up to $300K, minimum 1/2 acre anywhere in Larimer County
