Starts at $295 for single family residences and goes up based on finished sq ft

I enjoy working with mechanical units and people as well. With construction experience this career is a natural fit.

Mostly North of Longmont to State Line.

5. Are you licensed/insured?
Licensing is not available in State of CO for home inspectors. Errors & Omissions and commercial general liability coverage I do have.

6. What year did you start?
Pillar to Post has been serving FTC since 1999, I purchased this territory in 2009.

7. Are you offering any specials?
Always offering $25 off and when upgraded packages are chosen there is 15% off additional services with Premium inspection and 30% off additional services with Prestige inspection.

8. Do you perform radon testing? If so, how much do you charge?
Yes, $120 with an inspection.

9. Do you perform mold testing? If so, how much do you charge?
Yes, depends on type of test. Sampling starts at $125 for a tape lift or $350 for air sampling.

10. What is the benefit of working with you and your company over other home inspectors?
