The pressure is on. Mother’s Day is right around the corner!

Are you wondering how to spend yet another Mother’s Day with your mom and how to make it special? My team and I have compiled a list of fun, active and engaging activities for your family.

1. Spring Plant Sale at the Gardens
The Gardens on Spring Creek are hosting their annual Spring Plant Sale this weekend! What a perfect way to spend either Saturday or Sunday with your mom parusing the wonderful assortments of flowers, plants and herbs. The sale will be Saturday, May 9 from 9 AM to 4 PM and Sunday, May 10 from 12 to 5 PM

2. Fort Collins Museum of Discovery
The museum offers a wide range of hands-on exhibits and educational programs daily! Not to mention, mothers get in FREE this Sunday when they visit with their families.

3. Brunch!
Very few mothers will pass up a brunch, especially in one of the outstanding restaurants Fort Collins has to offer. The Blind Pig offers a wonderful Mother’s Day spread, as well as Austin’s American Grill.

4. Something Outdoors
If your mom is the outdoorsy type, maybe taking her for a great venture up to Horsetooth Falls or visit the Ponds off Prospect for some great fishing! Either way, nothing feels better than being outside in the great state of Colorado with your loved ones.
