“An insane mansion is rising in Bel Air.”
Could you imagine having an 80,000 square foot lot? Or a 75,000 square foot home? Neither could we. Not to mention the 70,000 square feet is the main house, there will be three smaller houses built on the 4-acre property.
The new mansion breaking ground in Bel Air, California has an estimated listing price, according to Nile Niami, of $500 MILLION, trumping the highest priced home recently sold in London in 2011 at $221 million. There are currently no homes in the U.S. listed above $200 million.
To only imagine what comes with a $500 million dollar home….
- 30-car garage
- 5,000 square foot master bedroom
- 4 swimming pools, including a 180 foot infinity pool
- 1 “jellyfish room” with glass fish tanks on three sides
- 45 seat IMAX-style home theater
- 360 degree views of the Pacific Ocean, Beverly Hills, downtown L.A.
- 74,000 square foot main mansion
- 100,000+ total square feet on property’s four homes
- 8,500 square foot private nightclub inside the mansion
What would you do with a $500 million dollar home?
