The Cottonland Castle now has two new proud owners, Chip and Joanna Gaines. This 4,700 square foot castle is a historic landmark in Waco, Texas. The couple plans to fix up the castle but we do not know their end goal. With a list price of $425,000 and an estimated rehab cost reaching as high as $1,000,000 this is no small undertaking. The castle maintains its colonial character dating back to 1890 and if anyone can bring the castle back to its former glory it is Chip and Joanna.
