Weekly Update and Client Appreciation & Vendor Party

Greetings! We hope you are all safe and sound in lieu of the recent flooding. It has been quite a week for Northern Colorado and we are here to help as much as possible. Please see links below for support and don’t ever hesitate to contact us if we may be of service.

The real estate world keeps on moving forward! We hosted two open houses last weekend at 1538 Whedbee (price improved to $425,000) and 515 W Mountain. Whedbee produced several groups through in lieu of the rain and 515 W Mountain brought in 15 groups, one of which is expressing some interest. Old Town continues to be hot with not enough listings available – it continues to be a good time to put your home on the market, even as we approach the holiday season.

Buyers and Sellers that were under contract prior to the floods may experience a bit of a delay with closings as most lenders are requiring appraisers to re-inspect properties for flood damage prior to closing. This has certainly caused additional work load for appraisers so please be understanding of their predicament.

On a more positive note, we are hosting our first Client and Vendor Appreciation Party this Thursday, September 19th at The Mainline in Old Town Fort Collins! Check out FortCollinsRealEstatebyAngie.com for more info on this great addition to our Old Town restaurant/pub scene. We are very excited to thank all of our valuable clients and vendors that have helped to make our business and continue to make our business a success. THANK YOU!!! We look forward to seeing you! Don’t ever hesitate to call, text or email for a real estate update, properties that are currently available and/or a complimentary current market analysis of your home! See our team stats below. Thank you.
