Real Estate Update

The last week has been amazing to see & hear how Coloradoans have come together to assist and support each other in lieu of the recent flooding. We are a resilient region and will rebuild and rise above this! Our thoughts and prayers continue to go out to all of those affected. Red Cross Flood Relief

The real estate market in Northern Colorado continues to be active with many buyers continuing to look at homes in Old Town in all price points. The higher end sales have slowed a bit. We usually see a bit of a slow down as we approach the holidays but buyer’s need for housing may overrule that this year. Overall homes $300K and under continue to move quickly with strong buyer need. Every week I feel like a broken record as we continue to see a lack of inventory in the $300K and under price point – it is a GOOD TIME TO SELL! Please contact us for a complimentary market analysis to see what your home is worth and how you can profit from this activity. Even more homes and housing is needed now due to the flooding, rentals are in even more demand. It continues to be a great time to purchase investment property too.

We are so thankful to have closed 9037 Painted Horse in Wellington for $267,000 – 2nd highest sale in the neighborhood in the last year! We also closed on a cute house at 2907 Sagebrush in Fort Collins for $200,000. Our open house at 130 Lyons Street produced 16 groups of people through with lots of compliments on this great new listing at $550,000, totally updated with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Jenn will be hosting an open house this coming Sunday, September 29th from 12-2 p.m. Please stop by and visit!
