NewWestFest:
Bohemian Nights is all about sharing the gift of live, Colorado music with the Northern Colorado community! Bohemian Nights at NewWestFest is a FREE, three-day community music festival showcasing 70+ Colorado bands across six music stages held August 15-17, 2014, in historic Old Town Fort Collins. In addition to the incredible Colorado line-up, the festival features three internationally renowned headliners. This year’s headliners include: Big Head Todd and The Monsters, Pat Benatar & Neil Giraldo, and War.
In addition to music and entertainment offerings, the festival features more than 250 art, specialty and food booths. In 2014, the festival marks 10 years of Bohemian Nights music offerings. This family-friendly, urban-setting festival brings bands from across Colorado to Fort Collins for a music-filled weekend. With a variety of genres, there’s music for everyone at Bohemian Nights at NewWestFest!

President’s Community Open House and Ice Cream Social
President Tony Frank and CAM the Ram invite the local community to an ice cream social and open house to thank them for their on-going support of CSU and to exemplify the University’s commitment to being good neighbors. The event will take place on the East Lawn of the Student Recreation Center. There will be ice cream, beverages, food trucks, giveaways, live music and interactive booths. This Wednesday, August 13th 4:00-6:30 PM. Then stay and see Post Paradise perform at the last Lagoon Summer Concert Series this summer from 6:30-8:30 PM!

How to Prepare Your Home for Closing to Meet your Buyer’s Expectations!

General cleaning: wipe down all doors, walls, cabinets and shelves. Clean mirrors and surfaces. Please make sure to fill nail holes and touch up paint as necessary.
Carpet and flooring: vacuum carpet, sweep and mop tile or vinyl/laminate surfaces. If carpets are stained or very dirty have professionally cleaned
Kitchen: clean counters and kitchen sink. Wipe down the inside and outside of all kitchen cabinets, shelves and drawers. Thoroughly clean the inside and outside of kitchen appliances such as the refrigerator, microwave, stove, dishwasher, washer & dryer.
Bathrooms: clean and disinfect counters, bathroom sink, bathroom mirror and floor. Use a cleaning product such as bleach or Scrubbing Bubbles on the toilet and bathtub or shower. Wipe down and remove any debris from bathroom cabinets, shelves and drawers.
Trash: please remove all trash from the home & property. Please try to coordinate when the trash service comes so you are not leaving the trash bins full for the new buyers.
Exterior: mow and water lawn and any additional plants. Shovel the driveways/sidewalk to remove snow or sweep depending on the season. Please do not leave any debris or trash on the sides or back of the house. Sweep out the garage and porches. Check the crawl space for any items you may have kept there, there shouldn’t be any items left.
